Fitted into a small retail unit within the MailBox development. Quinn's bar offered casual dining and a range of cocktails and European beers.
The bars look was based on clean lines and simple furnishings so as to make the most of a confined space. The bar area was split over two levels with the mezzanine being accesses by a glass staircase.
A full commercial kitchen was incorporated into design so that a full food offering could be produced.
